Uganda has favorable and reliable solar irradiation, with relatively consistent sunshine year-round and moderate climate conditions.

Annual Solar Irradiation: Ranges from 4.5 to 5.5 kWh/m²/day
Sunshine Hours: Around 2,800 to 3,000 hours/year
Best Locations: Karamoja, Kitgum, Soroti, Mbarara, Masindi, and Gulu
